Please review the following guidelines before making a purchase. By completing a purchase of Vault Value items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased from Vault Values are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be issued.

A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to purchases paid for by credit card.

Customers paying by cash or check will receive the full advertised discount.

Services such as ring sizing, chain shortening or lengthening, repairs, alterations, or other required services are not included unless specified.

If an item requires additional services, pricing can be discussed and provided at the time of purchase.

APPRAISALS

Appraisal services are available when purchasing jewelry from Vault Values at a fee. Please inquire at the time of purchase and allow 4-5 weeks for appraisal completion. 

Gift wrapping, jewelry boxes, and other packaging or presentation services may be available for an additional charge. Please inquire at the time of purchase for pricing and availability.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent.
